Intro
Before the world changed due to COVID, I had a dream, to build something cool. I prayed and asked God for direction, and I believe He gave me, simply, "start small." I was already intrigued by the idea of tiny houses, and so, thus, the journey began...
The first modular project, called the "Sojourn" is the flagship of what I hope to be a collection of carefully crafted "off the beaten path" modular tiny homes. These can be used for your personal use or as small investment properties for Short term Rental or AirBNBs. The "Sojourn" takes its name from a word used in Biblical times, meaning a short or temporary stay. I opted to make it a "disconnected" space, so I have intentionally decided to remove internet, WIFI and TVs in order to promote a "quiet space" whereby one can grow organic thought and take time to reflect, pray, read, write, or engage in hobbies or crafts without all the many distractions of tech. From my personal experience as well as actual research, that is found to be better for mental health. I want to help change the world, first by effectively communicating the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in my own life, actions, and deeds, then by encouraging us all to create for ourselves an atmosphere of peaceful, quiet bliss in your dwelling place. So, I encourage you as I encourage myself to "take time to breath."

My story continues. After that, I kept praying as I continued to want to learn more about the world of tiny houses and
other small housing. I became interested in not just tiny houses, but also shipping container houses, modulars, and A-frames. In 2024, by Gods
graces, Workmanship Company was born.
My dream and goal is to help you build small beautiful and affordable
housing spaces that can aid you in your quest for a more minimalistic lifestyle, and offer a
disconnect and getaway from the normal course of life. This includes options such as one of our current modular models
on your property, or assist you in connecting with one of our network partners who builds tiny homes on wheels, A-frames, and Shipping Container housing. Then help guide you along the process, whichever path you choose.
